Using chemical etching or engraving gives an excellent finish onto various metals such as stainless steel, brass, copper and aluminium, in fact most types of metals can be chemical etched or engraved.

We use an acid based solution, which etches the metal to create a smooth and even finish. If required this can be in-filled with a catalyst ink, which gives an enamel like hard finish to the product.

Raised or sunken letters can be achieved using this method.

The chemical etching or engraving method is frequently used to produce plaques, engineering labels, giftware, nameplates, safety signs, identification labels and door signs.

Giftware (coasters).

You can incorporate your own design or logo onto the coasters.

The coasters can be produced by either chemically engraving onto them and then polishing to a high finish or printed onto sealed aluminium.

A non slip foam backing is then adhered to the back of the coasters to give a high quality finish to the product.
